In Saint Martin, everyone knows Pierre, and he lives at “Les Granges”. These are the vineyards that offer this generous wine vintage.

Land : Terraces or “faïsses” dominate Ardèche, clay-limestone soil.
Culture : Organic Agriculture. We cultivate our vineyards without fertiliser, insecticides or herbicides. Manual wine harvests.
Wine making process : Early in the morning the grapes have been collected at maturity and destemmed. We then macerated the skin for 7h at a cold temperature, pressing followed by 24 hours of settling. The collected juice was fermented at 16° for 28 days. By working rigorously, we limit the use of sulphites.
Description : Pale yellow colour with green tints. Open and pleasant nose with citrus and dry fruit tones. Mineral touch. Clear attack opening a fresh and aromatic palate.
