Grape Varieties : Syrah 50%, Grenache 50% Land: Southern exposition, clay-limestone soil.

Culture : Conversion to organic vineyard culture, we work on our vineyards with no fertiliser or insecticides. Manual wine harvests. Yield: 38 hl/ha.

Wine Making Process : The grapes collected at maturity are stemmed. The fermentation and the maceration last 18 days, at a controlled temperature of 26°C. At the start of December the two grape varieties are brought together. Throughout the wine-making process and the maintenance, we limit the use of sulphites.

Description : Beautiful garnet colour purple hues. Nose dominated by small red berries (blackcurrants, redcurrants). The fruits are very present on the palate as well as liquorice, vanilla and spicy flavours. Rich and smooth, a wine vintage full of nuances and a long finish.

Food and wine pairings : This wine vintage will perfectly accompany red meats either grilled or in sauces and Provençal cooking.

Storage : This wine vintage has been matured in a stainless steel vat for 18 months. This wine can be kept for seven to eight years.
