Wine making process : Bled rosé, settling and cold stabilisation. Temperature control at 16° fermentation of 21 days.
Description : Bright pink cherry colour with pearly hues. The nose has red berry flavours. It’s a generous wine and lively on the palate, with a refreshing finale.
Food and wine pairings : Dry still wine to be served as you choose with mixed salads, cooked meats (charcuterie), savoury tarts, grilled food, and spicy dishes.
