Grape varieties : Syrah 50%, Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 10%

Wine making process : The grape varieties have been vinified separately. The fermentations and macerations were longer than 20 days. After a 9 month period in oak barrels, the blending is carried out, the wine obtained then rested for 6 months and was bottled.
Description : Coloured, dense, deep crimson colour, it has rich and complex flavours, red berries (cherries, raspberry) and spices (pepper…). Smooth, a fine texture, red berries always enrich the palate intertwined with hints of pepper, the tannins merges into an ample and pleasant length.
Food and wine pairings : Meats grilled and in sauces, particularly lamb and chicken, cooked vegetables, cheeses with a well matured taste.
